Hello friends. Andrew Boyd here welcoming you to the official blog for our June 2008 Summer Staff. Suzie, Coop and I could not be more excited for the month we have ahead of us. The three of us were just up at Windy Gap and be assured everything is coming together for an incredible month where we will see Jesus in ways that we never have before.

First comment! Aside from that, I'd like to let you guys know that I am from Baltimore, MD and I am really excited for Summer Staff. Also, I don't know how hectic or how early our mornings are going to be, but I think it would be awesome if there was a group of people I could run with during the month. Just let me know if your interested. See you soon.
Hey Taterhead! I am so excited for summer staff and I would love to run with you and possibly others in the morning. I have gotten a little slower in my old age haha jk but I cannot wait to meet you and everyone else!

Hey all! I'm from Baltimore, MD just like Taterhead! I'm looking forward to spending a month with you all serving the campers and just having a good time. My position this summer is as a lifeguard and Taterhead, I don't think I'll be up to running in the mornings, lol, I like my sleep. I'll see you guys in less than a month!!

I would def. be interested for a little running...it just depends on how far you want to run. Summer staff is going to be pretty amazing and I can't wait for our month to get here so we can serve and be used to help change the lives of HS guys and ladies! That being said, I play guitar, does any one else play anything?
Hey everyone! It just hit me today that we are going to have an entire month with limited cell phone use, computer use and I think that is AMAZING! Sometimes I really dislike my cell phone so I am really looking forward to a month to truly be with God and I hope all of you are too! Keep praying that God works through us to hopefully bring lots of kids to Him during our month there!

Hey guys, my name is Ryan and I'm from Michigan. I go to Michigan State University and will be a sophomore next fall. I'll be coming down with one of my friends for summer staff and can't wait to help give back to younglife what I got out of it. I love to play pretty much any sport, soccer and frisbee especially but I dove a little in high school too. Can't wait to meet everybody, looking forward to a great month.

hey guys, as the name says, i'm tyler. I'm from NC and go to UNC-Chapel Hill. I'm on Ropes and am SO PUMPED for some sweet YL Lovin. Im up for the AM runnin' as long as we have time to squeeze in some ultimate(frisbee) along with the sweet disc golf to go down. Two weeks..get excited :-)
